How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day, Monday to Friday.

Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

How much does delivery cost?

Our postage is always flat rate, with free delivery on orders over £25.

Royal Mail 48 delivery costs £3.99 and typically arrives within 2–3 days.

Royal Mail 24 delivery costs £4.99 and typically arrives within 1–2 days.

Delivery charges will always be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery times will depend on the delivery service selected at checkout.

Please remember that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by busy periods, severe weather or delays within the postal network.

Can I track my order?

When tracking is available, your dispatch confirmation email will include a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Any available delivery options and charges will be displayed during checkout.

What should I do if my parcel has not arrived?

Please check your tracking information first, as the courier may have left your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.

If your parcel still cannot be located, contact us with your order number and we’ll help investigate.

Changes and Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered the packing or dispatch process.

Can I change my delivery address?

Contact us immediately if you notice an error in your delivery address.

We’ll do our best to update it, but this may not be possible if your order has already been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days to return an eligible item, starting from the date your order is delivered.

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging wherever possible.

Do I have to pay for return postage?

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

We’re sorry if your order has arrived with a wobble, crack or unexpected battle scar.

Please contact us as soon as possible with:

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We’ll review the issue and arrange the most suitable solution.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Unless specifically stated, batteries may need to be purchased separately.

Will an item come in gift packaging?

Some products arrive in presentation boxes or decorative packaging, while others are supplied in standard retail packaging.
